This is our custom stainless steel parts for a customer from Canada. 

These stainless steel parts are used in coffee machines and are very precise in size, otherwise they cannot be installed together.

 We make full use of our 22 years of stainless steel fabrication experience to produce these stainless steel parts.

Material: 304 stainless steel

Surface treatment: #8 polishing

Production Process:

1. Laser cutting: Debug the laser machine to the appropriate power to avoid burn marks during the cutting process and affecting the appearance of the surface. The operator will check whether the cut size and hole position are in accordance with the drawing during cutting.

2. Bending: The negative difference of size is controlled within 0.2mm, and the negative angle difference is controlled within 0.5mm. The operator checks whether the semi-finished product matches the drawing during the bending process to avoid wasting raw materials and delaying the delivery date due to errors.

3. Welding: Argon arc welding is used, and the corresponding fixing tools are used to assist the welding to make the welding more firm. During the welding process, the operator checks whether the weld is seamless, non-porous, and free of air bubbles.

4. Grinding: After the stainless steel parts are welded, the welding marks are first removed by grinding. During the polishing process, the operator will pay attention to whether the plane is smooth, non-porous, not notched or seamless.

5. Polishing: After grinding the stainless steel parts, it needs to be polished. During the polishing process, the operator ensures that the product is not deformed and the surface is as smooth as a mirror, ensuring the same as the original surface.

6. Packaging: use plastic bag + foam + 5 layer carton. After sealing, the operator will carry out packaging collision test to ensure that the products in the carton will not scratch each other.
